When I think of Jesus today and look back at how he touched the lives of so many people without a single social media influencer account, I am in constant awe. Jesus and the disciples made a name for themselves!
In today’s society, Jesus is what I would call a misfit. He hung out with the outcasts, ate at the table of the unrighteous, and stood up for the condemned.
Jesus did not operate within the existing social order set by His culture or Jewish laws and practices. He was a humanitarian who loved ALL people no matter their age, race, or gender. He dripped confidence in a society that wished he would conform to their thinking. I am honored to follow in His footsteps because Jesus was dripping love when there was so much hate - Literally! He bled and paid the price for our salvation.
